Bank import, Up, and statements

Link Up Bank, import statements, and use the activity log.

Up Bank

  1. In the Up app: Data sharing → Personal Access Token.
  2. In BudgetBuddy: Import / Bank → Link Up and paste the token once.
  3. Token is stored securely; you can disconnect anytime.

Each household member can link their own Up login. Joint 2Up transactions are deduplicated so the same payment does not appear twice.

Statements and documents

Upload bank statements or receipts for AI-assisted budget lines. Review proposals before accepting. AI usage draws from your AI credit balance.

Activity log

The transaction log shows real activity from Up, statement confirms, documents, and manual entries — separate from forecast lines.

Manual entries

Add one-off transactions by hand when you do not use Up.
